Admissions Process

Step 1: Inquire

As a first step, and to receive more information about Venerini, we encourage you to complete our online inquiry form.

Step 2: Visit Venerini Academy's Campus

Venerini Academy offers prospective families the opportunity to visit our campus through personal tours and information events held throughout the year. We invite you to meet our faculty, observe our classrooms, and learn firsthand all that Venerini has to offer. Our tours can be scheduled by calling our main office at 508-753-3210 or emailing admissions@veneriniacademy.com.

Step 3: Apply

Applications for 2023-2024 are now being accepted. Your application process begins once we receive your child’s completed application form and the $75.00 application fee.

PLEASE NOTE:

Age Requirements

  • PK3 - students must be 2.9* years old and potty-trained by August 31st of current school year.
  • PK4 - students must be 4 years old and potty-trained by August 31st of current school year.
  • Kindergarten - students must be 5 years old and potty-trained by August 31st of current school year.



                                             *students will be evaluated on a case by case basis

  • Enrollment Fees

    Students are enrolled online via FACTS Family Portal. 

     

    Non-Refundable Enrollment Fees


    NEW FAMILIES:

    • $300 Registration Fee per Student
    • $400 Tuition Depost to be applied to tuition balance

    RETURNING FAMILIES:

    • $150 Registration Fee per Student
    • Registration fee increases to $300 on April 1, 2023.
    • $400 Tuition Depost to be applied to balance

    (Fees are due at time of enrollment and are payable via FACTS)

  • Enrollment Instructions for Returning Students

    Re-Enrollment for the 2023 - 2024 school year is now open.


    FACTS Family Portal Re-Enrollment Instructions


    To complete our online reenrollment process, you will need to login to FACTS Family Portal. 


    To access the Family Portal:

    • Please go to https://va-ma.client.renweb.com/pwr/
    • Login with your FACTS username and password.  District code VA-MA should be auto-filled.
    • If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.
    • After logging in, click on Apply/Enroll in the left menu.
    • Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment link.

    Our Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet for {StudentFirstName}. The online process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later.


    The Instructions and Enrollment Checklist page of the enrollment packet contains supplemental enrollment forms that also must be submitted. Further instructions on these forms are provided online.

  • Enrollment Instructions for New Students

    Use the FACTS Family Portal to start the Enrollment process (you should already have an account if you applied online):

    • Log-in to www.factsmgt.com
    • On the top of the screen click Parent Log-In
    • Select FACTS Family Portal (ParentsWeb; If you haven't yet set up a FACTS FACTS Family Portal account,  select "create new family portal account")
    • District Code is VA-MA
    • Type your email address and Create Account. 
    • An email will be sent to you which includes a link to create your login.  
    • Click link and create your Family Portal login (will create a username/password)
    • Log in to FACTS Family Portal using your username and password.
    •  On the left side menu, you will see a list of options - Choose Enrollment/Reenrollment.
    • Follow instructions on online form.
    • For Financial Aid, select Financial on the left side menu, then select Apply For Grants and Aid under Financial Links. Sign in with your Family Portal Account to log in to the FACTS Financial Aid page.

    ENROLLMENT FEES: $150 registration fee per student; $400 tuition deposit to be applied to balance. Fees are due at time of enrollment and are payable via FACTS.

Tuition & Financial Aid

Diocesan Policies for Tuition Assistance

  • Tuition 2024 - 2025

    • Pre-K3 and Pre-K4:  $10,220
    • Kindergarten through Grade 5:  $9,530
    • Grade 6 through Grade 8:  $9,645

    Additional Fees:

    • $350 Book and Technology Fee (Kindergarten through Grade 8)
    • $300 Enrollment Fee for New Students
    • $150 Enrollment Fee for Existing Students 
    • Registration fee increases to $300 on April 2, 2024

    Discounts:

    • Sibling Discount:  Full price for 1st child; $250 off tuition for each sibling. 
    • Early Payment Discount: 3% off tuition if paid in full by July 31st.

  • Tuition Payment Plans

    All families must have a FACTS Family Portal account for tuition payment and financial aid eligibility.

     

    • Plan 1:  Full Payment by July 31st entitles family to a 3% early payment discount on tuition only - must be paid via FACTS Family Portal.
    • Plan 2:  Bi-annual payments through FACTS* – Due on the 5th or 20th of July and January.  
    • Plan 3:   Quarterly Payments through FACTS* – Due on the 5th or 20th of July, September, November, and January. 
    • Plan 4:  Monthly payment plan through FACTS* – July through May due on the 5th or 20th of the month.  

    Please note:  There is no financial aid available for students in PreK3 and PreK4.  New students are not considered officially enrolled until the Business Office has received the $400.00 student deposit.

  • FACTS Grant & Aid through the Diocese

    Tuition assistance is awarded to students in Kindergarten through Grade 8; Pre-K is not eligible for financial aid.


    Students must have completed enrollment for the upcoming school year to be eliglible for Diocesan Aid.

    •  You must apply for Diocesan Financial Aid by March 8th, 2024
    • Go to  https://online.factsmgt.com/aid (before March 8th, 2024).
    • If you have a FACTS account, use your information to login.
    • If you do not have a FACTS account, register to create a username or password (you will use the same login information during the enrollment process).
    • Follow instructions to apply - Venerini's District Code is VA-MA
    • Deadline for submitted applications is March 8th, 2024.
    • Go to the website at https://www.veneriniacademy.com/admissions/affording-va for more details. Please note: your child must be enrolled to apply for this financial aid
    • Decisions for financial aid from the Diocese will be announced in April via an email through FACTS.

  • Venerini Financial Aid

    Tuition assistance is awarded to students in Kindergarten through Grade 8; Pre-K is not eligible for financial aid.
